Florida weather, especially rainfall, can be unpredictable. Rest assured, we carefully monitor forecasts and adjust treatments and product selections to ensure the best possible results. Typically, one hour of drying time is sufficient for products to be effective. Some applications are designed to be watered in, and in those situations, rainfall can actually be beneficial. We will include in your treatment reminder if a product needs to be watered in or not.
The general rule is as soon as any liquid treatment is dry. We typically say one hour is sufficient.

We will include multiple recommendations for payment options when you receive a quote from us. Most common methods are using recurring auto-payment through your online banking. We accept credit card payments, and our office manager can handle your payment automatically if you prefer. Of course, paper checks are always accepted as well.
