Our lawn treatment program provides granular fertilizer, pre-emergent and post emergent weed prevention, insect prevention for lawn damaging insects and fungus prevention applications if necessary.
We will service/treat your lawn once a month. The monthly treatment program is designed to follow patterns of various summer weeds, winter weeds, various insect life cycles and lawn nutrient needs throughout the year.
No, we do not require a contract. We want you to be happy with your service and never bound to a contract.
Results will vary throughout the year. During the warmer months all products should work a little faster as warmer temperatures enhance product uptake. During the cooler month’s products may be a little slower to work.
Obviously, Florida rains can be unpredictable and often. We are always monitoring the weather and will make treatment and product decisions based on forecast predictions. Typically, one hour of drying time is sufficient for products to be effective. Often, we do use products that need to be watered in so rain would help in this case. We will include in your treatment reminder if a product needs to be watered in or not.
The general rule is as soon as any liquid treatment is dry. We typically say one hour is sufficient.
Most helpful is to have any loose items picked up that may be on the lawn.

Yes, we will send you a treatment reminder via email a day or two before treatment.
We will include multiple recommendations for payment options when you receive a quote from us. Most common methods are using recurring auto payment through your online banking. We also offer credit card payments and our office manager can process your credit card payment automatically for you if you wish. Of course, paper checks are always accepted as well.
